ForeFlight customers can now add Jeppesen’s industry-leading charts and associated documents to their subscription with a simple online purchase, then download and view those charts in ForeFlight.

ForeFlight customers who already have a Jeppesen chart subscription can now activate that subscription in ForeFlight to access their charts. This video also covers the activation process for multi-pilot accounts, which must be done on ForeFlight’s web application. Account managers wishing to add Jeppesen charts must purchase them through Jeppesen, not ForeFlight. To start the conversation, email foreflight@jeppesen.com.

ForeFlight’s Profile View includes selectable Icing and Turbulence forecast layers, providing a cross-section of weather in addition to terrain, obstacles, and airspace along your route. Weather layers in Profile View are included in ForeFlight’s Performance Plus and Business Performance subscription plans.

Manually control Hazard Advisor’s altitude before a flight to find a minimum altitude route around terrain, then revert to Auto mode during a flight to lock Hazard Advisor to your actual altitude.
